There are a few variables that will decide who wins September 14 between Floyd “Money” Mayweather, Jr and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez. No variable will be on display more than the defensive skills of Floyd Mayweather. Alvarez is a dynamic offensive fighter but Mayweather is a genius when it comes to defense. The shoulder roll, the Philly shell, head and foot movement, blocking and parrying; Mayweather does them all to perfection.  Just watch and enjoy:

Whether he is parrying then coming back with a counter, bobbing and attacking or tying you up, the technical brilliance of Mayweather is a sight to behold:

Can Alvarez handle Floyd’s defense? 43 have tried. 44 times they failed. Will Alvarez be able to solve the mystery of Mayweather?
