Boxing 360 President Mario Yagobi said today that although New York Supreme Court Justice Charles Ramos ruled against a last-minute injunction to cancel “Hammerin’” Hank Lundy’s nationally-televised fight with Mexican challenger Raymundo Beltran, Boxing 360′s lawsuit against Lundy and Classic Entertainment & Sports, Inc. is by no means over. Boxing 360 sued Lundy and CES on July 18th for declaratory relief, breach of contract, fraud, and misrepresentation together with the claim for punitive damages.
