The U.S Bank Arena, Cincinnati, OH

Adrien Broner

Adrien Broner (23-0) vs. Vicente Escobedo (25-3)

Boxing360 Picks : Broner vs. Escobedo was on then off then on again then off and so on for the past two days. Now that it’s happening and Broner’s 3.5 pounds over in two weigh-ins has been financially taken care of, we still like Broner by late knockout. The kid is too fast, slick, and athletic for Escobedo. Add in he is now too big. Broner by late TKO.

Keith Thurman
Keith Thurman

Keith Thurman (17-0) vs. Orlando Lora (29-2-2)

Boxing360Picks: C’mon. Its Orlando Lora. Thurman by mid rounds stoppage.

Omar Figueroa

Omar Figueroa (18-0-1) vs. Dominic Salcido (18-3)

Boxing360 Picks: Figueroa is a solid prospect. The matchmaking here suggest they want to give him rounds. Salcido is a solid gatekeeper at this point who will do just that. if the kid is the real deal as we feel he is, Figueroa by decision.

Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Hollywood, FL

Argenis Mendes

Argenis Mendez (19-2) vs. Martin Honorio (32-7-1)

Boxing360 Picks: This is a crossroads fight between two men who want stay relevant in the sport. The winner will likely get a shot at a big name as an opponent. The loser, depending on how it goes in the fight, will have to trudge along hoping for another shot like this. This is anyone’s fight. We like Argenis by split decision.

Joan Guzman
Joan Guzman

Joan Guzman (32-0-1) vs. Jorge Pimentel (25-15)

Boxing360 Picks: Joan Guzman may have weight issues or had them over the years but the man still has skills. We like him by decision or late TKO.
